CYB 342 - Applied Cryptography

This course explores cryptographic concepts and practical applications essential for securing information systems. Students will analyze cryptographic standards, gaining an understanding of symmetric and asymmetric encryption, hashing, and digital signatures. Emphasis is placed on evaluating these tools for specific security needs and implementation of robust public key infrastructure.
