CYB 334 - Cybersecurity Law

3 credits
This course explores legal frameworks governing cybersecurity, data privacy, and protection at federal, state, and international levels. Students will examine organizational responsibilities regarding compliance, ethical standards, and data handling practices. Students will analyze how legal contexts shape evidence requirements, forensic processes, and litigation strategies.
