MCS 360 - Photojournalism: Techniques in Visual Storytelling

This course introduces students to visual storytelling through photography, blending technical skills with journalistic and cultural perspectives. Students will learn to analyze photojournalistic genres, use camera equipment, and examine ethical and legal issues. Through hands-on projects, they will create compelling photo series. For the final assignment, students will document a single subject, capturing authentic moments that evoke emotion and foster deeper connections between viewers and the subject matter.
