MCS 218 - Conflict, Community, Communication

3 credits
This course explores the theories, strategies, and practical applications of conflict resolution in both personal and professional settings. Students will analyze interpersonal conflicts, learn negotiation techniques, and develop skills in mediation and de-escalation. The course will focus on resolving conflicts in family relationships and workplace environments, with particular attention to toxic workplace dynamics.
Prerequisite(s): ENG 100  or ENG 101
