OLS 530 - Global Leadership3 credits This course is designed to enhance students’ understanding of diversity within a complex global framework. It explores how differences across race, ethnicity, religion, culture, gender, sexuality, ability, socioeconomic status, and age shape organizational and social dynamics. Emphasis is place on developing inclusive leadership perspectives that respect cultural diversity, promote equity, and integrate global ethical standards. Through theoretical exploration and practical application, students will cultivate the skills necessary to lead ethically and effectively in diverse and interconnected environments.
