EDU 341 - Infant Toddler Development

3 credits
Examines the needs of infants/ toddlers regarding the development of cognition, language, motor skills, social abilities, and family-child relations. Students will explore various theoretical perspectives on infant/toddler development and discuss current issues and challenges associated with the overall well-being of infants/toddlers. This course introduces developmentally appropriate practices for infant/toddler programs. 10 hours of early childhood field experience required.
