EDU 210 - Introduction to Pedagogy

3 credits
The course builds foundational knowledge of educational psychology, human development and motivation through exploration of learning theories and principles. Students will analyze and synthesize instructional strategies and models, as well as assessment purpose and design. They will apply their knowledge and skills in educational psychology and learning theories, designing lessons within the context of a larger unit of instruction. Six (6) hours of field experience required.
