BUS 260 - Leadership3 credits This course is an introduction to various leadership theories, styles, and principles with a focus on the application of these concepts in personal and professional environments. Students will learn how to define their personal leadership style and begin a journey of exploring continued leadership development techniques. The course will examine the characteristics of an effective leader, including qualities, skills, and strategies. Students will learn to think critically about leadership and how to apply the best style in different situations. Emphasis will be placed on self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
