BUS 203 - Introduction to Artificial Intelligence3 credits This course provides students with a general working knowledge of artificial intelligence as used throughout today’s progressive organizations. Students will gain understanding of the variety of AI tools and how these systems integrate with enterprise applications. Students will also learn many of the other means by which AI can impact organizations, from chatbots to multimodal artificial intelligence offerings. Students will learn how to use these tools to promote the achievement of organizational goals. In doing so, students will consider the ethical, privacy, and security concerns of AI use.
