GER 225 - Aging Policy

3 credits
This course provides students with an overview of contemporary health policy and its implications for the aging population. This course examines the unique challenges and vulnerabilities the aging population faces and the role/influence of health policy in funding, programmatic development, and the allocation of resources and supports to address older adult needs. This course provides students with a framework to analyze health care policy and identify strategies to meet ongoing needs.
