ART 121 - Design Foundations II

3 credits
Design Foundations II is an introductory course focused on the essential elements and principles of 3-D design. Students will engage in a hands-on exploration of design concepts and theories through various media and art-making processes. This course emphasizes visual literacy and critical thinking skills, encouraging students to experiment with composition, color theory, texture, and form in space. By the end of the course, students will have a foundational understanding of design principles that inform their creative practice and prepare them for advanced studies in the visual arts.
