AGR 310 - Plant & Crop Science

This course will provide an overview of plant anatomy, genetics, and physiology as it pertains to the human cultivation and production of agriculture crops. Special attention will be given to environmental factors affecting plant growth including light intensity temperature (air, plant), relative humidity, carbon dioxide, water, mutualistic fungi, and nutrients. Three lecture and three laboratory hours per week. Lab fee.
