3credits This course is designed to engage students in active learning about the topic of violence against women. Through a survey of literature on various issues within this topic as well as a service learning project, the current state of knowledge and recommended interventions will be connected with real life experiences in Aroostook County and beyond. Prerequisite(s):CRJ 230 and SOC 230
