AGR 350 - Food & Agricultural Marketing3 credits This course provides a broad understanding of marketing concepts and applies them to food, farm and agriculture-based businesses. Students will learn to identify sales and marketing strategies for commodities, wholesale markets, retail markets, processing and small-scale opportunities. Special emphasis will be placed on marketing to today’s consumer, sustainability goals, and enterprise vitality. Prerequisite(s): AGR 250 , BUS 101 , or BUS 107
