AGR 320 - Precision Agriculture3 credits Students develop understanding of the need for precision agriculture approaches to manage spatial variability in the soils, input needs, and yields within and across agricultural parcels. Students will describe the function and be able to implement a system with yield monitoring systems, variable rate technology, GPS, sensors, auto guidance, data acquisition and management, and GIS mapping.
